Recon is hiring an experienced Excavator Operator for a civil construction project in the Melton region. This is a casual position, Monday to Friday day shift hours with approximately 2 months of work. The project is within the roads and infrastructure sector.
What You Have:
Current white card and Australian's Drivers Licence
3+ years operating experience in Civil projects including Detailed trim proficiency; Auger pier hole drilling experience and Concrete Pipelaying experience preferred
Experience operating numerous excavators including wheeled ("rubber ducky")
HR truck license is advantageous
Able to assist with general work on the ground/labouring when there isn’t machine work to do
Within reasonable travelling distance from Melton (no travel or relocation allowance applies)
Reliable, solid work ethic and valuable communication
