TwoScots are partnering with an established organisation based in Melbourne's CBD to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer to join their close-knit People & Culture team.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end payroll processing
Managing monthly, fortnightly and additional incentive pay runs
Processing payroll adjustments, employee reimbursements and other payroll-related transactions
Completing pay-to-pay variance checks, reconciliations and payroll reviews
Responding to payroll queries and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
Working closely with the wider People & Culture team to ensure smooth payroll operations
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous hands-on experience using iChris or Chris21
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end payroll processes
Exposure to multi-entity payroll environments and multiple pay cycles
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confidence working autonomously and managing competing deadlines
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a close-knit team
Robust communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
