About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business through strategic marketing initiatives across digital platforms and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns to promote our services including education admissions, migration pathways, and employer sponsorship programs

· Advise management on marketing strategies to effectively reach target international student and migration markets

· Coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple channels including:

· Email marketing (Mailchimp)

· Social media advertising (Meta Business Suite – Facebook & Instagram)

· Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

· Content marketing including TikTok campaigns





· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyse trends in education and migration sectors

· Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms and company website

· Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations

· Analyse digital marketing data to improve lead generation and conversion outcomes

· Work closely with internal teams including migration agents, admissions, and business development to align marketing strategies with business objectives

· Recommend improvements to website and digital content to enhance SEO performance and user engagement

Skills and Experience Required

Demonstrated experience with:

· Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools

· Meta Business Suite (Facebook Ads Manager)

· SEO tools and strategies

· Social media content marketing (including TikTok)

· Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills

· Ability to work in a quick-paced, multicultural setting

Salary

$75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation
