Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader to lead our manufacturing team, drive performance and ensure the safe, effective delivery of quality products to our customers.

The Role Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, supporting your team and driving a customer-focused, performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and promote a solid safety culture across the production floor.
Coordinate production planning, workflow and resources to meet customer deadlines.
Monitor product quality, waste, operating costs and production targets.
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and reduction of errors and returns.
Oversee machinery maintenance,



pre-start checks and safe operating procedures.
Develop and motivate team members while working closely with the Production Supervisor and other departments.

About You:
Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience, or at least 1 years in a leadership role.
High Risk Forklift Licence and overhead crane operating experience.
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on approach with a passion for safety, quality and continuous improvement.
