Macchina Espresso is seeking enthusiastic Baristas / Café All-Rounders to join our growing team, with opportunities available across our multiple café locations.

Key Responsibilities
Creating a welcoming experience and building rapport with our customers.
Assisting across coffee making, food prep, POS and table service.
Preparing every quality coffee cup consistently and efficiently.
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Working collaboratively with the team and taking initiative to keep service running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Barista experience in a busy café and cafe allrounder role
A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn more about our in-house roasting and specialty blends
Strong customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset
Willingness to learn and help out across all areas of the café
