About the role

You'll work across a range of client files, building your skills and confidence with support from experienced directors. As you develop, you'll take on your own portfolio of clients and more responsibility.

Key responsibilities
Day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients
Preparing and lodging BAS accurately and on time
Payroll processing and reconciliations
Working directly with clients and building good relationships
Helping find better, more effective ways of doing things
Supporting the wider team and contributing to our growth

About you
Currently working in a bookkeeping role (any level)
Hands-on experience with Xero
A valuable working understanding of GST, BAS and payroll
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Explicit, confident communication with clients and the team
A real interest in learning and growing your career in bookkeeping
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (completed or studying) - nice to have




Xero certification - nice to have
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel or third-party apps - nice to have
