Quayside Motors | Lismore (with occasional Ballina Coverage)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team, based in Lismore.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering professional and effective service to both internal departments and external customers.

About the Role
Interpret and supply automotive parts to customers and internal departments
Manage parts enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
Process orders, invoicing, and parts distribution
Maintain accurate inventory control and monitor stock levels
Work closely with the Parts Manager to support daily operations
Provide coverage support at the Ballina site during periods of leave
Assist with courtesy bus driving as required, transporting customers safely to and from the dealership

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valuable computer skills and attention to detail
A proactive, team-focused attitude
Current driver’s licence
