Summary: As the Head Barista at our bustling FMCG establishment in Brunswick, Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to develop their skills in a energetic environment, ensuring that our café remains a favourite destination for coffee lovers in the community. Responsibilities: Lead the barista team in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. Ensure the café maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Train and mentor recent baristas on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards. Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the café is well-stocked.



Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Assist in developing seasonal beverage menus and promotional offerings. Qualifications: Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment is preferred but not essential.
