An chance is available for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading organisation within the infrastructure, engineering and construction sector.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will provide practical legal advice, support commercial decision-making and help manage legal and contractual risks across a range of projects and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
Provide legal advice on contractual matters, project delivery and procurement.
Identify and manage legal and commercial risks.
Advise on contract interpretation, variations and disputes.
Support internal teams with contract management and negotiations.
Liaise with external legal advisors and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
About You
Experience in construction,
infrastructure, engineering or commercial law.
Strong contract drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
Commercially minded, with the ability to provide practical legal solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.
Minimum 9 years’ experience post PQE
