THE CLIENT.

Our client is a well-established real estate agency based in Canterbury/Bankstown. With a strong reputation and a skilled environment, they are seeking a Trust Accounts & CRM Administrator to join their growing business.

THE ROLE.

This is a varied position responsible for managing trust accounting for 850+ properties and CRM administration across both residential & commercial property management, sales, and leasing divisions.
Daily trust accounting, receipting and reconciliations
Processing invoices, payments and disbursements
Sales Trust Accounting
End-of-month processing & reporting and assisting with audits




Maintaining accurate property, tenant and landlord records
Managing and updating the Cirrus8 CRM database
AML Compliance

THE PERSON.

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented administrator with previous trust accounting or property accounts experience.
Previous experience in real estate trust accounting or similar
Certificate of Registration/ Class 2 Real Estate License
Full time hours
Experience with Cirrus8 highly regarded
Reporting into C Suite Directors and Head of Department
