About the role
Each Store Business Manager will take full ownership of their store’s performance, lead from the floor and create an experience that keeps customers coming back.
Your day will include:
Leading, coaching and engaging your store team
Driving sales and delivering against targets and KPIs
Building lasting relationships with new and returning customers
Developing a strong local client base
Managing rosters, stock, visual merchandising and daily operations
Maintaining high standards across service and store presentation
Identifying opportunities to grow the business
About you
You’ll bring:
Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear
A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
Strong commercial awareness and operational skills
A genuine interest in tailoring, styling and customer service
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
