Experience, skills and qualifications :
Basic knowledge of automotive parts (preferred but not always required).
Good organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
Ability to lift and move parts and materials safely
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's licence
The Job :
Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
Organize and store parts in designated locations
Maintain accurate inventory records
Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits
Identify low-stock items and notify supervisors for reordering
Pick and issue parts to mechanics and technicians as required
Label and catalogue parts correctly
Assist customers or workshop staff with parts inquiries
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and protected
Process returns, warranties, and damaged parts according to company procedures
