The Role
Manage a diverse workers’ compensation caseload from initial instructions through to resolution, providing strategic and practical legal advice throughout the process.
Conduct negotiations with insurers and key stakeholders, prepare legal documentation, and represent clients in conciliations, conferences, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
Build strong client relationships while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the broader personal injury practice.
About You
You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience and demonstrated experience practising in workers’ compensation law.
You will bring strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
You will have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, a collaborative approach, and the empathy to support clients through challenging personal circumstances.
