The role of the Customer Service Officer is to work between reception and café providing the best possible experience to both members and guests. Weare looking forenthusiastic applicants thatare passionate about customer service. You must have a high level of communication skills and good organisational skills. Whilst all necessary training will be provided experience working in administration, customer service and/or hospitality are desirable. Perform administrative activities Understand and communicate all of Ninja Parc’s programs Handle customer enquiries and feedback General food handling and kiosk operation Assist in membership sales

What we are looking for (Essential):
