We have an opportunityavailable for experiencedCafe Manager in leading the team at our Maitland site Woods & Co.

You will have;

Experience managing KPI's, labour and food costing, portion control.

Understanding retail operations, stock control and systems.

Experience in customer service and coffee ina cafe or retail food outlet.

Experience with Food Safety and Systems

Organised and system follower.

Positive confident and polite communication skills.

Food handling and preparing with pride is an advantage.

Cash handling open and close procedures of a cafe.

We are seeking an individual who has people skills, loves to please the customer, enjoy the buzz of a busy cafe workplace and work well in a team under pressure.

Your focuswill beoperational and ensurethe service and food standards are met and of course exceeded everydayand thoroughcommunication and support with your teamthroughout the week.
