Key Responsibilities
As a Production Technician working in the field, you will ensure Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.
Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a skilled and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
Improving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget.
To be successful in this role:
You Will Have
Minimum 2 years Previous Experience in a similar role.
Qualification required – tertiary qualification highly desired.
Previous Experience in a similar role.
Amazing customer service.
Ability to work in high pressure workplace.
Solid technical ability and knowledge.
A desire to learn.
