The Position
Lead new operational business projects from initiation through to implementation
Work directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders to deliver strategic priorities
Influence business leaders and managers without direct authority
Build alignment and create genuine ownership of change across the business
Operate confidently within strategic ambiguity and bring structure to complex situations
Manage, use and refine project tools to track project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery outcomes
Provide transparent, concise executive reporting and decision support.

Experience delivering projects or across multiple business functions.
Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to adapt in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Strong commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
