About Our Client

Our Client is a leading steel industry business providing products and services to a range of customers. They are seeking an experienced Storesperson to join their team and support daily warehouse and freight operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Storesperson / Forklift Operator you will be responsible for the below duties:
Operate forklifts and gantry cranes safely and efficiently
Move steel coils weighing up to 2 tonnes accurately
Load and unload trucks
Coordinate and book freight
Maintain accurate inventory and complete stocktakes
Provide service support to clients
Follow safety, quality and environmental requirements
Work collaboratively as part of the stores team

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
Current LF forklift licence
Previous gantry crane experience
Steel industry experience preferred




Ability to safely handle steel products
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work effectively within a team
