CommBank is seeking a Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics to join our Complaints Analytics team. You will work hands-on with complex datasets, perform advanced analytics, and translate findings into transparent business insights for senior stakeholders.

You will source, wrangle and analyse data using SQL and Python, apply AI-assisted techniques to summarise unstructured data, and develop high-quality dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
