BlueCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse for Hospital in the Home services, based at St Stephens Hospital in Hervey Bay. This 6-month fixed-term, full time role involves extensive community visits, CVAD/NPWT skills, and delivering high-quality patient-centred care.

You will work across the BlueCare team, providing care, developing care plans, and ensuring safety and compliance, with salary packaging and travel reimbursements included.
