Qantas Group is seeking a Crew Systems Developer to join the Group Workforce Services team in Mascot, Sydney. You will help analyse and develop applications that optimise crew planning across the Qantas Group, using a domain-specific language (RAVE) and Python to tackle complex rostering challenges.

The role requires a degree in Software development/IT/Aviation and 3+ years in software development, with robust OO programming and communication skills.
