Global 360 is hiring for an entry-level role in our Customer Connect Team based at the Burleigh Heads Office. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls from a diverse customer base regarding their insurance claims in a call-centre style setup.

The role requires outstanding computer skills, a can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Full time shifts may vary between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with a supportive team culture and ongoing training.
