Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Lawyer with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our thriving client's property law team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career within a respected firm known for its client-focused approach and robust career development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior lawyers with property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
Conduct legal research and draft documents related to property law.
Advise clients on property-related legal issues and provide clear,



concise legal opinions.
Attend client meetings and liaise with other specialists involved in property transactions.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Participate in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

Salary:

$100,000 - $130,000 per annum

Requirements:
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
Admission as a solicitor in Queensland PQE 3 Years.
Strong interest in property law.
