Key responsibilities
Prep, batch cook and portion to recipe and spec Keep the kitchen clean, organised and food secure Pack and check orders so every store gets the right product Taste as you go, and speak up when something's off Help make the way we work better About you Have kitchen experience (prep, line or production), or can show you're quick to learn Care about the details: the right cut, the right weight, the right label Are reliable and on time, every shift, weekends included Work well in a small team and leave your ego at the door Want to learn and grow with the business Daytime hours, with early starts and weekends Learn from a kitchen that's building something Room to grow as we open more stores Staff meals and discounts
