Brisbane Homez is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of residential construction projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing trades and suppliers, ensuring construction quality, and maintaining project schedules from commencement through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with Australian residential construction experience who can work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Site Supervisor - Residential Construction

Brisbane, QLD | Full-Time

Key responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily in office residential construction activities.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
Monitor site progress against construction schedules and project milestones.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Identify and manage defects, rectification works, and quality issues.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Interpret and review architectural, structural, engineering, and council-approved drawings.




Assist with estimating and material quantity calculations where required.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and communication with management.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.

About you
Minimum 1 year of experience in Australian residential construction site supervision.
Strong understanding of Australian residential building practices and construction processes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
Knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling.
Robust problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Ability to travel between project sites.

Highly Regarded
Queensland residential construction experience
Knowledge of estimating and material calculations
Ability to speak or understand Hindi and/or Punjabi
