Fortescue is seeking a Superintendent People in Perth to lead a high-energy HR team and influence workforce strategy in our Operations & Aftermarket Support group. This 12‑month contract role reports to the Manager People and partners with leaders to drive engagement, performance and capability development.

You will champion Fortescue values, guide large projects, and build solid relationships across locations while travel to sites is anticipated as part of the role.
