Key Responsibilities

Manage a

reduced portfolio of more complex Group Life claims

Be an significant point of reference for the wider claims team.

Complete file review and provide advice on claims strategies

Desired Experience

Demonstrated experience assessing group or retail life insurance claims

including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.

Experience coaching and mentoring new starters and experienced claims consultants

Conducting file reviews for higher DA approvals
