Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a skilled Risk and Compliance Officer to join the People and Culture team in Stawell, VIC, on a temporary full time basis until September 2027. The role focuses on analysing risk, OHS and compliance data, developing reports, and strengthening governance across Council.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, develop and review policies, and support internal audits while ensuring regulatory obligations are met.
