CDP Chef – Production Kitchen (x2 Full time Roles)

Alifeplus is a growing chilled meal-delivery business producing keto, NDIS, high-protein and carnivore meals. We're looking for two experienced Chefs de Partie to join our production team full time.

About the role

You'll run your section across high-volume weekly production runs, cooking, portioning and plating to spec, consistently and on schedule. This is a production kitchen with structured shifts and no late-night service.

What you'll do
Run your section in bulk cooking and batch production
Follow recipes, portion specs and plating standards accurately
Maintain food safety, temperature logging and HACCP standards
Handle prep, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO)
Support the Head Chef with production planning and efficiency

What we're looking for




Minimum 2 years' experience at CDP level
Production, catering or high-volume kitchen experience (essential)
Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen control
Food Safety Supervisor certificate (desirable)
Reliable, organised and able to work fast without cutting corners
Full working rights in Australia
