Truly Organic Farm is a certified organic vegetable farm in the Harvey region of Western Australia. We are
seeking a reliable, hardworking Vegetable Farm Worker to support our day-to-day vegetable production and
farm operations.
Key duties
Planting, transplanting, cultivating and harvesting vegetables.
Preparing garden beds and assisting with soil preparation, mulching and composting.
Hand weeding, general crop maintenance.
Sorting, washing, grading, packing and preparing harvested produce for delivery.
Monitoring crop health and reporting pest, disease or irrigation concerns.
Cleaning and maintaining farm tools, equipment and work areas.
Following organic farming practices, workplace health and safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
Skills and attributes
Previous experience in vegetable farming,
horticulture or similar outdoor work is desirable.
Valuable physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work reliably, follow instructions and contribute to a small farm team.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude and respect for organic farming methods.
Availability for full time work, including early starts and seasonal demands as required.
