Stat Property Group Pty Limited t/a Fine Line NSW is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry and construction work, including measuring, cutting, assembling and installing timber and other building materials.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret building plans, drawings and specifications.
Measure, mark, cut and shape timber and other building materials.
Construct, install and repair structures, fittings and fixtures.
Install doors, windows, frames, flooring, cabinetry and other timber components.
Construct and install walls, roofs, partitions and other building structures.
Assemble and secure timber structures using appropriate tools and equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance with specifications.
Carry out repairs,



maintenance and alterations to existing structures.
Select and prepare appropriate materials and equipment for each job.
Work with other trades and construction personnel to coordinate building activities.
Maintain tools and equipment in secure and working condition.
Follow workplace health and safety requirements and relevant building standards.

Skills and Qualifications
Relevant Qualification
At least one year of relevant experience in office management
Solid knowledge of carpentry tools, materials and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
Positive measuring, cutting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
