Work under RN direction to deliver hands-on clinical care. Medication endorsement required.

Key Responsibilities




Provide nursing care under RN supervision
Administer medications per endorsement
Conduct baseline observations
Assist with wound management, catheter care
Document care activities
Support residents with ADLs
Participate in care planning
Mentor PCAs
Adhere to infection control
Contribute to person-centred care

Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as EN with medication endorsement
Diploma of Nursing
Min 6 months experience
Robust clinical observation skills
Valid National Police Check
WWCC
Valid working rights
Current flu vaccination
COVID-19 vaccinations

Desirable
Aged care or acute care experience
AN-ACC familiarity
First Aid/CPR
