We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Growth team, focusing on paid advertising, organic social media and video content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms.

Manage Instagram and TikTok organic content, including content planning, publishing and audience engagement.

Independently shoot and edit short‑form videos for Reels, TikTok and paid advertising.

Develop creative content to support brand campaigns, merchant promotions and customer acquisition.

Monitor campaign performance,



analyse key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Must be based in Melbourne and fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Robust written and verbal English communication skills.

1+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.

Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads is essential.

Proven experience managing Instagram organic content.

Ability to independently shoot and edit short‑form videos.

Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

Creative, proactive, data‑driven and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads or influencer marketing.

Background in food delivery, e‑commerce or consumer brands.
