Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support in line with individual care plans
Assist with daily living
Support access to activities and appointments
Help build independent living skills
Administer medications where authorised
Maintain records
Communicate with residents, families, and care coordinators
Follow behaviour support plans
Uphold dignity and choice
Comply with facility policies and care standards
Requirements
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or Cert IV in Disability
Disability support experience
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
WWCC
Current driver’s licence and vehicle
Valid working rights
First Aid/CPR
Current flu vaccination
Desirable
