KiKi is a vibrant Asian fusion restaurant in Darlinghurst, bringing together bold flavours, creative dishes, and a lively dining atmosphere. We draw inspiration from across Asia to create a menu that balances familiar favourites with exciting, modern flavours.

We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your cooking, and want to be part of a team that values creativity, consistency, and great food, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
Running your section confidently and delivering high-quality dishes throughout service
Ensuring every plate meets KiKi's standards for flavour, presentation, and consistency
Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff while maintaining a positive team environment
Contributing ideas to menu development and bringing fresh inspiration to our Asian fusion menu
Managing section preparation, stock levels, and ordering requirements
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards
Working closely with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient service

What we're looking for




Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a solid Demi Chef ready to step up
Experience working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
A genuine passion for food, flavour, and presentation
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills
The ability to stay calm under pressure and work well as part of a team
An interest in Asian cuisine and modern fusion cooking is highly regarded
