About the role
Working alongside our incredible office Manager and support staff you will be an integral member of our first impressions team.

Duties include:
Answering telephones and lead enquiries
Explaining our quoting process to clients
Offering quote times to clients
Entering data and client information into CRM
Responding to client emails
Regular contact with clients to follow up and confirm bookings
General Administration duties
Data entry utilising databases/ CRM

8am or 8:30am start time

Skills and experience:
2 years customer service or hospitality experience
Telephone use and texting etiqutte
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy with information gathering
Robust written, verbal and numeracy skills
Ability to work at a fast pace and focus on tasks to completion
Capable of working unsupervised when needed
High drive and motivation
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Living local to the Sutherland Shire is highly regarded
