Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
Robust food and beverage knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence taking orders, managing tables and handling customer requests
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A qualified presentation and positive attitude
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
Availability to work evenings and weekends
