The Floor Staff ensures excellent customer service, cleanliness, and efficient operations in a rapid-paced setting. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries and complaints.
Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and transparent tables.
Keep the dining area and restrooms clean and stocked.
Support teammates for smooth, timely service.
Follow safety and health protocols.
Qualifications:
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
Able to stand long periods and lift moderate weights.
Note: May include night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
