Precision Dental is a well-established general and cosmetic dental practice in Fortitude Valley, and we're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team!

You'll work alongside one dentist and two oral health therapists in a supportive workplace where teamwork and quality patient care come first.

This is primarily a front-of-house role, with occasional chairside assisting and clinical support when needed.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
Managing appointments, recalls, confirmations and enquiries
Handling phone calls, emails, payments and HICAPS claims
Maintaining patient records using dental software
Supporting the clinical team with sterilisation and occasional chairside assisting
Helping keep the practice running smoothly

About you

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
Previous dental reception experience is essential
Friendly, organised and confident managing a busy reception




Experience with dental software (Exact PMS highly regarded)
A reliable team player who enjoys helping others
Comfortable providing occasional clinical support (training available)
Available 4–5 days per week
