What it's like to be a Sales Assistant at NOVO:
Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find their perfect pair of shoes
Drive sales and work towards achieving individual and store targets
Build strong customer relationships and create a welcoming shopping experience
Confidently recommend additional products, including handbags, accessories and shoe care
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and general store operations
Work closely with your team to achieve store goals

What we're looking for:
A passion for fashion, footwear and customer service
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
Confidence in approaching customers and driving sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A reliable, motivated and team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and late-night trade
