We are seeking a passionate, experienced Chef to run dinner service 3 nights a week (plus prep) at our established local trattoria in Richmond.
You will have genuine creative input to run specials, shape the menu, and grow with the business, without the 60-hour burnout.

Autonomous kitchen management skills for smooth dinner services.
