Are you an experienced manager looking to bring your skills into property management?

We’re looking for a reliable, highly organised and proactive person with at least 6 years of management experience in any industry.

Previous real estate experience is not required. We will provide training in property management processes and NSW tenancy procedures. What you do need is a solid background in managing people, organising workloads and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The role includes:
Coordinating inspections, appointments, move-ins and move-outs
Communicating with tenants, contractors and agents
Organising maintenance and repairs and following up until completion
Following up on rent payments
Assisting with leases and renewals
Keeping records, calendars and property information accurate and up to date
Managing competing priorities and supporting daily property operations





What we’re looking for:
At least 6 years of experience in a management role, with responsibility for people and daily operations
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A punctual, precise and dependable approach
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks, conversations and deadlines
Clear, confident and qualified communication
Good computer skills and confidence using calendars and digital systems
The ability to work independently, take initiative and manage tasks through to completion
A calm, practical approach to solving problems in a busy setting
A genuine interest in a long-term role and growing with the business

Full training in our systems and procedures will be provided, along with ongoing support.
