7 Cutz Steakhouse Newcastle is looking for two experienced Grill and Seafood Cook to join our team!
We are looking for someone with experience cooking steaks and working on a busy grill and seafood section.
What you'll be doing:
Cooking steaks and seafood to order and different levels of doneness
Preparing and managing the grill/seafood section
Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation
Working efficiently during busy service
Following food safety and kitchen procedures
Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
We are looking for:
Previous grill/seafood/steakhouse experience
Valuable knowledge of cooking steaks and seafood
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable and punctual attitude
Valuable teamwork and communication skills
Weekend availability
