Your New Career
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied client portfolio, providing accounting, bookkeeping and taxation support while developing your skilled skills in a flexible and friendly workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for a portfolio of clients.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, management reports and other accounting documentation.
Working with the bookkeepers to prepare and lodge ATO compliance documentation, including BAS and other relevant tax reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
Provide general accounting and administrative support to clients and colleagues.
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and support clients with their business needs.
About You
A qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or a related field, such as a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, is preferred.
Experience using accounting software such as Xero and MYOB is highly regarded.
Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Pay: $53,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
