Registered Nurses at Barton Care provide high-quality clinical care across aged care facilities and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans




Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
Monitor and document resident health status
Supervise and mentor ENs, PCAs
Coordinate with GPs, allied health
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
Respond to clinical emergencies
Participate in handovers, case conferences
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Contribute to infection control, wound management programs

Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as RN
Min 6 months post-grad experience
Sound clinical knowledge
Excellent communication
Ability to lead care team
Valid National Police Check
Current WWCC
Valid Australian working rights
Current influenza vaccination
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations

Desirable
Experience in residential aged care or acute care
Knowledge of AN-ACC
First Aid and CPR certification
