We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Staff member to join our team at our Guildford flooring store. This is a full time, hands-on role working five days per week (Monday to Saturday roster).
This position is ideal for someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and enjoys manual work. You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods for customers, delivery trucks, and installation teams, as well as preparing and organising orders.
Key Responsibilities
Pick packing and palletising orders accurately
Preparing materials for installation teams
Loading and unloading product to trucks and customer vehicles
Assisting installation teams with material handling
Maintaining stock records and conducting stock checks
Reporting any damaged or missing items
Keeping the warehouse and showroom clean and organised
Preparing flooring samples as required
Assisting with occasional container unloading
Warehouse and showroom cleaning duties
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience (pick packing and palletising preferred)
Forklift experience is highly regarded
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
