Carefinity is seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker for casual shifts across the Gold Coast area.
You will provide person-centred support including personal care, medication assistance, manual handling, household tasks, community access, and helping participants achieve their individual goals.
Requirements:
Female preferred (participant-specific requirements)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
WWCC (if applicable)
Right to Work in Australia
Current First Aid & CPR
Relevant qualification in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
Experience in disability support (preferred)
Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
Adaptable availability, including short-notice shifts
