de SALT Cafe is looking for an experienced and reliable Cafe All Rounder to join our busy and friendly team.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and can consistently provide excellent customer service, even during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Taking customer orders and handling POS transactions
Serving food and beverages
Assisting with beverage preparation and supporting the team during service
Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace
Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
Essential Requirements
Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
Valuable knowledge of coffee and café operations
Good understanding of menu items and ability to confidently explain dishes to customers
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm, friendly and professional under pressure
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Solid work ethic and attention to cleanliness
Must hold a current RSA certificate
Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
Work Location: In person
