Altitude is looking for an experienced chef to join the kitchen team and take charge of the pass and grill section. This is a outstanding chance for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, is reliable, and takes pride in consistent, high-quality food.

Key responsibilities
Running the grill and pass sections during service
Coordinating ticket timing and plate presentation
Supervising and guiding junior kitchen staff
Managing kitchen stock control, including stock takes, ordering, and storage
Maintaining food quality, consistency, health and safety, and cleanliness standards
Working closely with the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

About you
3–4+ years of relevant kitchen experience
Strong, confident command of the grill and pass sections
Proven ability to lead and support a small team during service
Sound understanding of health and safety, food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
Experience with kitchen stock control, including ordering, rotation, and waste management
Ability to work under pressure with a calm, organised approach during busy service periods
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full time roster

Pay: $70,687.73 – $86,862.52 per year
