The Boilermaker is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of metal structures, equipment, and components in accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
About You
At least 5 years experience as boilermaker
Previous experience in Tank Construction, petrochemical or refinery settings.
Boilermaker/Fabricator Trade Certificate.
Fabricating and welding utilising a variety of welding techniques including gas metal arc welding (GMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and manual metal arc welding (MMAW).
Construction Induction/White Card
Updated and Valid Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (desirable)
High Risk Work Licence (desirable)
Local (must reside in or close to Geelong, VIC.)
Successful applicants must:
Have current Australian working rights
Be willing to complete a Police check
Successfully complete a Pre-employment medical
Have valid and updated tickets and qualifications.
Complete all required Pre-mobilisation requirements
